Full transparency to our lovely audience--We are very much a budding creative collective that's been run mostly out of our own pockets the past two years, with a tireless team that works on AGA year-round to make #girlmagic happen out of goodness of their hearts, for free. Your ticket sales will help us break even for this event, and hopefully, have leftover funds to make AGA's 2017 even brighter than its 2016.
We're so excited to be working with New Women Space on this event! A large portion of our ticket sales will go towards covering all of our event space fees for the party--which include access to the space for set-up, for the party & for clean-up, as well as useage of their A/V support system (projector, sound system), tables, chairs and couches.
Plates? Napkins? Forks? Decorations? Table cloths? Art mounting materials? These are things that cost money. An event photographer? Our fantastic musical acts and comedians? Your ticket sales help us tremendously to be able to pay our peformers for their time and talent AND for the lil operational materials that add up, and will help us make this party GREAT!
